Bonnie Rakhit is a Travel expert and blogger from London. As an Avis CAO, she decided to take the ultimate luxury trip across India with Avis car rental in Rajasthan. Although the best-touted route for the said road trip is Delhi to Rajasthan lack of hotel availability made her consider an alternate route, starting from Udaipur, Rajasthan, instead. With a plan to fly to the Maldives after this trip, it came as a boon in disguise.
The Incredible Trip:
The trip, starting
from Udaipur, The City Of Lakes, and ending at the Delhi International Airport
was stretched over 8 days, just the right amount of time to take in all the
sights and sounds of everything lies between these popular cities.

Needless to say, a chauffeur
driven rental car is a very welcome antidote to the rigors of conventional road
travel and one of best way to soak up all the scenery from the comfort of the
ack seat. With Avis, Bonnie witnessed the most luxurious experience and the
perfect oasis of calm and comfort to enjoy the sights outside. With most of the
major destinations in Rajasthan on her itinerary, Avis provide her with a
luxury car that matched up to regal stance and feel of Udaipur. Being driven in
a car suiting the overall royal vibes and Avis support, Bonnie had nothing to
She was greeted by an Avis chauffeur-driven BMW 5 series car which was sponsored by Avis Car Rental in Rajasthan, upon her arrival at the Udaipur Airport and was driven in the comfort of the same luxury car throughout her trip. Avis made sure that she was being chauffeured around in style & utmost comfort with Avis India chauffeur driven car.
The City Of Lakes Udaipur
Her first stop was The Taj Lake Palace in Udaipur. Known for the 1983 James Bond classic movie Octopussy, the floating palace has also hosted hundreds of dignitaries and celebrities over the years. The Taj Lake Palace floats elegantly above the calm waters of Lake Pichola and is one of the most beautiful sights to behold, inside and out. Avis chauffeur-driven car is a better option than to hire a car in Udaipur.
The Blue City Jodhpur
The next step in her journey was Jodhpur. She reached the hotel in her chauffeur-driven car rental in Jodhpur and stayed at Umaid Bhawan Palace which was built between 1928 and 1943. Umaid Bhawan is one of the most impressive palaces in India and a jewel of modern Rajasthani architecture. Her stay at Umaid Bhawan can only be described as waking up and finding that overnight you’ve turned into a royalty. Her most pleasant memory was being awoken by the mesmerizing sound of peacocks playing in the grounds at dawn.
The Pink City Jaipur
Her next stop was the capital of Rajasthan, Jaipur. Her hotel in Jaipur was the beautiful Jal Mahal Palace, set over 18 acres of beautiful Mughal gardens and built in 1745. The Pink City with its streets, colorful markets, and palaces make Jaipur a completely wonder waiting to be explored. She was amazed by the contrast of Jaipur when exploring the streets and bazaars with a new chapter of charm awaiting at every corner of the old city.
She was so pleased that she had the best luxurious chauffeur driven car BMW 5 Series from Avis luxury car rental Jaipur, throughout the trip which made her long journeys so much more comfortable and fun. It made the whole tour, getting from destinations and destinations to hotels an ideal experience.
Wonder Of The World Taj Mahal
Her last destination before reaching Delhi was Agra, home to the great Taj Mahal, quite simply one of the most amazing wonders of the world as well as one of the most loving and most traveled destinations. Taj Mahal, an immense mausoleum of white marble was built in Agra between 1631 and 1648 by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his lovely wife, was at the top of her bucket list.
End Of The Road
It was time for Bonnies’ Jaipur to Delhi road trip to culminate. She reached Delhi Airport for flight to the Maldives in the chauffeur drive rental. Avis was glad to be a part of her incredible journey and enabled her to travel around India in style & comfort. We made sure her trip felt akin to a luxury journey in a magical chariot. In her own words, it was like ‘she’s floating around on a magic carpet with Avis chauffeur-driven car rental in Rajasthan.’
