· The current Rs. 200/day plan will give Avis customer access to 1 GB of data usage per day. Exceeding the data limit will attract extra usage fees @ Rs1/MB.
· Avis cannot guarantee network performance in areas/ locations which have low connectivity. The service may be impaired by geographic, atmospheric or other conditions or circumstances.
· Renter to take full responsibility of service usage during the rental period
· In case of any damages or loss of the device during the rental period, customer needs to inform Avis helpline team by calling on the helpline number 1860 5000 099, in order to raise a request with the telecom operator on time to block the SIM card to avoid any misuse.
· In case of damages or loss during the rental period, customer will be charged Rs 1800 for the device which will be later deducted from the security deposit.
· Customer must not use the service or allow the service to be used for illegal download, protected or copyright material in any way which breaks any law or the conditions of any licence or rights of others.
