Aman Naagar
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Aman Naagar was appointed Managing Director of Avis India in April 2023, after previously serving as Chief Operating Officer of the Company's Rent-a-Car business.
Aman leads the organisation's strategic direction, focusing on growth, profitability, and operational excellence across rental and leasing businesses. Aman has played a key role in driving transformation initiatives, strengthening leadership capabilities, and enhancing execution discipline to build a scalable, high-performance organisation.
With deep expertise in strategic planning, business turnaround, and process optimisation, he brings a strong track record of aligning operational execution with long-term business objectives.
Aman holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) from Symbiosis, Pune. He has prior experience in international shipping, logistics, and international trading.
Gourav Rajvanshi
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Gourav Rajvanshi is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Avis India, responsible for financial planning, analysis, control and strategic decision-making. He oversees accounting, reporting, taxation, audits, treasury, risk management, and compliance.
A qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI, he began his career at Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Limited and has held roles at Acme Telepower Limited and Luxor International Private Limited before joining Avis India.
Outside work, Gourav enjoys travelling, cricket, and movies. His career reflects strong expertise in financial management and governance across sectors.
Mandeep Singh
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER - LEASE
Mandeep Singh is the Chief Operating Officer - Lease at Avis India, where he leads the strategic direction and growth of the Lease business. In this role, he is responsible for driving business expansion, strengthening customer-centric solutions and building a scalable, sustainable operating model.
Mandeep is a Commerce graduate from the University of Delhi and has completed a Management Development Programme at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. He brings extensive leadership experience across sales, marketing and dealer development, having held key roles at BMW India, Oman Trading Establishment, Porsche India, and GE Money. His diverse background reflects a strong track record of scaling businesses and leading high-performing teams.
Mukesh Mehta
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER - RAC
Mukesh Mehta is the Chief Operating Officer - RAC for Avis India and is responsible for the achievement of the revenue targets, ensuring stated margins and managing client relationships. Mukesh has completed his PGDSM from NIS, followed by an MBA from Symbiosis Pune. His areas of professional interest are Client Acquisition, retention, and managing revenue streams. In the past, he has worked with RPG Ricoh, UM Group in various capacities.
Rajiv Singh
CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
Rajiv Singh is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Avis India, responsible for initiating modern HR interventions to build sustainable growth through empowering and building people capabilities. Rajiv strongly believes in diversity across the value chain and has rich experience in all facets of HR. Rajiv has done his PGDHRM from ISB&M Pune. Previously he was associated with LG Electronics, Tecumseh Products, New Holland Fiat and last being Sagar Ratna Restaurants as Group HR Head.
